April LeBlanc spent more than two decades as a registered nurse before following a deeper understanding of what actually heals people. Today she brings together clinical expertise, sound therapy, herbal support, and nature-based practices to help women regulate their nervous systems and restore their health from the inside out.
Her background in intensive care nursing gives her an unusually grounded understanding of how the body responds to stress. She knows what chronic dysregulation looks like clinically — and she knows what it takes to reverse it. That combination of medical credibility and integrative practice is rare.
April is trained in Mind-Body Medicine through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, certified as a Board-Certified Nurse Coach, and is a Master Gardener and 4-H leader based in Boise, Idaho. Her work is rooted in a core belief: that human health, animal health, and the health of the earth are not separate things. Healing happens in relationship — with the body, with other people, and with the living world around us.
In her Sound Therapy sessions, she uses sound, frequency, and guided relaxation to bring the nervous system out of survival mode and back into a state where real restoration can happen.
