Lulu Lopez Goodman, M.S.

Yoga & Movement Educator | Grief Yoga® Certified | Compassionate Bereavement Care-Yoga Provider

Lulu Lopez Goodman has spent decades helping people reconnect with their bodies — not as a performance, but as a pathway back to themselves. As a movement educator with a 500-hour yoga certification, a Master's degree, and advanced training in Grief Yoga and Compassionate Bereavement Care, she brings both depth of knowledge and genuine human experience to every session.

Her work is built on a simple truth: grief, stress, and unprocessed emotion do not just live in the mind. They live in the body. And the body, given the right conditions, knows how to release them. Through intentional movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation, Lulu creates space for what words have not been able to reach — working with the body in a way that is somatic in nature, helping emotion move through rather than stay lodged.

She works with all bodies. Not the idealized version, but the real one — the one that has been through illness, injury, age, and loss. Her background in public health education means she teaches clearly and accessibly, meeting people exactly where they are.

As a bereaved mother, Lulu brings to this work something that training alone cannot give. She has lived what she teaches. And that changes everything about how she holds a room.
