Women's Renewal Retreat

5 days and 4 nights | April 13–17, 2026 | Harbin Hot Springs, Northern California

This five-day retreat offers a gentle, supportive space for women navigating life transitions times when one chapter is closing and another has yet to begin. It's designed for those processing change, loss, uncertainty or life in general; who want the time and quiet to heal, process, and release what no longer fits; to reconnect with themselves, be in community, and make space for a glorious future.

The program is a curated experience that includes:

  • Daily yoga - to strengthen, center, and restore balance to both body and mind

  • Guided group sessions - to help reduce stress and build resilience through self-awareness and connection

  • Guided Neurographics Drawing to help you connect with your intuitive guidance system

  • Sound baths - to bring you into blissful harmonic resonance

  • All delicious, nourishing meals

  • Access to all amenities of the property including...hot, cold, and warm pools, sauna and steam rooms, gardens and labyrinth, and so much more...

  • Personal reflection time - to just be

  • Restorative rest - plenty of time to enjoy the amenities and connect with others

The pace is intentionally slow. There is no pressure to "fix" anything—only the invitation to come as you are and allow what's ready to shift to do so naturally.

This beautiful setting provides and ideal environment of natural mineral pools, saunas, hills, gardens, and quiet walking paths. The atmosphere is relaxed, respectful, and accepting. Accommodations for this retreat are at the Domes at Harbin, a tranquil hillside area.

The retreat combines structure and spaciousness—time together as a group for sharing and reflection, and plenty of solitude for rest, soaking in the healing waters, and making
meaningful connections with others on a similar path. The intention is to help you heal body, mind, and spirit, to create room for what’s next, and reconnect with the rhythm and vitality of your soul.

Step 2: Book Your Accommodations

All retreat guests will stay at the Domes at Harbin Hot Springs, a peaceful hillside section of the property. Because Harbin's accommodations are open to the public, it's important to book as soon as possible rooms often fill months in advance, and we cannot hold space.

  • Average Cost: Private rooms average $200 per night; shared rooms about $100 per night per person.

  • Refund Policy: Harbin offers a very generous cancellation policy refunds are available up to 48 hours before arrival, so there's no risk in booking early.

  • Clothing-Optional Environment: The pools are clothing-optional simply do what feels comfortable for you.

  • Book Your Room (ASAP but fine to chat with me first!)

If you'd like to share a room to reduce costs, please let me know when you register. I'll do my best to pair you with another participant who's also looking for a roommate.
